Ending of an Era

The time has come, the time is now, Marvin K. Mooney would you please go now! -- Dr. Seuss

This is my last week at The Firm. I have been in this same Firm for a little over five years, which is the longest I have held a job since graduating from college (or I guess ever). I have seen a lot of great people come and go and I now it is my turn.

No one here is surprised that I am leaving to join my recently departed attorneys as we had been together for over three of those five years. I had a committment to fulfill here and have now done so. I am very excited about the change but also sad to leave behind some amazing people. It makes it easier knowing that my new office is across the street from The Firm so I won't be going far.

So, that is why I haven't been around for the last month. While all the details and particulars were being finalized, there were to many things that I couldn't say so it was easier to say nothing at all.

Now to the BEACH! When I last posted I was packing for our vacation. We had an unbelievably good time! All 8 children were amazingly good. The house was perfect and the friends and fellowship formed memories that will last my lifetime as well as the lifetime of at lease The Boss. But don't take my word for it, see for yourself.....

Again, I can't tell you how happy I am for you. Believe me, there is a great life outside of The Firm!
